Philadelphia Townhouse
Suburbanites with strong ties to the neighborhood where the wife grew up in Philadelphia, found their way “home again”. A classic Philadelphia townhouse from the 1920’s had everything they wanted for space and location, but needed substantial changes for contemporary living. Removing walls to create a bright and open main floor was the first priority. This created a wonderful opportunity for a spectacular kitchen, with mahogany custom cabinets, classic marble counters and hand-painted tiles at the signature range wall. The long view the main entryform includes all the living room, dining area and kitchen, revealing a lovely, fresh unity throughout.
